  • Module 1 - Foundations

    The foundations module provides you with a clear understanding of the 4Pillars - ALIGN, BELONGING, BREAKTHROUGH, SUSTAIN, that are creating, supporting, and sustaining high performing teams. You will also be introduced to the tools, and exercises that help to establish the ground rules that all members of a team should agree with

  • Module 2 - Discovery through diagnostics

    This module introduces to our diagnostics team assessment tool which helps identify where the issues and challenges are within the team. The analysis and reporting tool provides the results and recommendations on where to prioritise.

  • Module 3 - Creating alignment through values, purpose, and culture

    This module will provide you with the tools and practical exercises to help you create team alignment, and specifically how to dovetail organisational values with team members personal values; how to help create meaning and purpose, and how to help resolve toxic behaviour that is undermining the creation of a positive culture

  • Module 4 - Creating a strong sense of belonging

    We will be working on how to create psychological safety within the team to build trust. This highly experiential workshop will show you how to set up the right conditions to build trust and to enable team members to experience a strong sense of belonging.

  • Module 5 - Achieving breakthrough by changing behaviour

    This workshop focuses on how to make sure those difficult conversations can be had between team members. You will learn how to ensure constructive feedback can happen. Positive conflict strategies will show you how individuals and teams breakthrough to the next level of connectivity.

  • Module 6 - Sustaining team cohesion with protocols

    This module focuses on how you can help to sustain team cohesion when the collective or individual team members are facing new challenges that can undermine team spirit. You will learn how certain health checks and strong protocols can help to support the team to stay connected, to regenerate, and innovate in times of change.
